This article is a perfect example on how organizing and planning ca affect people even with life and death. This article explains how planning and letting your employees take charge, learn, and grow. This article examines how beneficial it can be to give the chance for growth and success to the employees and how it can improve their organizing skills so that they can improve themselves. A key point that I believe that I will be able to use in the future is the Buurtzorg method. Which is the method created by Jos De Blok. It is a system that allows self-managed care individuals to experience first-hand knowledge of the experiences. I believe that I can use this when I am organizing and trying to figure out how to get my goals met and implementing them. I will think of this article and how it influences the organization process. This article speaks about how we can keep our employees productive and how we can also support caregivers. This article goes on to talk about how comforting and supporting caregivers and employees can change the job that we do. Something that I have learned from this article are diverse ways. Those companies can meet the need and some tips on how companies can support caregivers, one of them being. Understanding the cost of benefits. where you would look on how the things that you do in the actions that you create cost the benefits of your company. Another one is revisiting job descriptions, career paths and managerial incentives where you look at the person in that position and see if they are fit for it and if requirements truly matter. Leader in a company is the bedrock for creation and understanding, without that what is left, the only direction that that company can go is down. Many companies may believe that they do not need a leader because they have each other and they can lead each other alone, but with a person with greater knowledge and skills it can be greatly beneficial for the overall productivity and efficacy that the company produces. This article states how different leaders can affect and develop companies and what they do and produce. It also explains how companies can create leaders that hold up to the standards of the company and gives out tips. The main question that I have really been asking myself since reading this article is how will or can I use this information in the future, will it be helpful for me in the future? Well now I know of two new types of leaders such as Big-T Leaders (BTLs) and Little-T Leaders (LTLs). Big-T leader being strategic leaders and visionaries and Little-T leader being more reliant on their staff and tactical, I feel like the only way that I can use this information in the future is to use a combination of the two types of leader so that if I was ever in the position of being a leade4r I would have the best of both worlds. This article was incredibly helpful, I will hopefully use this in the future. This article meant a lot to me because being in the work field myself, I also have known what it means to be a leader and take that initiative. The three action orientations being conceptual, analytical, and relational. Conceptual leadership means when a problem occurs, they try to look at what is happening outside of work instead of the problem itself. Analytical leadership meaning when a dilemma occurs the person tends to react according to the facts at hand. Finally, relational leadership means when a problem occurs the leader starts to wonder and look closely on how these problems would affect the people around them, and the other people involved.
These orientations can be immensely helpful when it comes to leadership and knowing the correct moment for specific news and pathways in dilemmas. What I have learned from this article is that no matter what company or field of work you are involved in there is always a type of leader. Not so much about how strong they are but how they interact with employees and themselves in dilemmas. We have lost sight of integrity, and it is damaging the world we have. Integrity is mixed with dignity, your morals, and ethics. If you cannot manage your actions knowing and knowing not right, then how can you expect any person to do the same? The line between what is right and what is wrong is slim, though no matter how hard or difficult the challenge may be. It is good to have accountability and honesty in the name of integrity.
